ABS and glass materials are widely used. How can these two materials be firmly bonded while maintaining flexibility and not hardening after the adhesive cures? Shang Hao Jia 187JQ is a professional adhesive specifically designed for bonding glass and ABS. It offers excellent resistance to high and low temperatures (-60~280°C), ozone, UV radiation, and electrical insulation. It is widely used in electronics, electrical appliances, automobiles, instruments, machinery, silicone adult toys, and other bonding applications.

It is suitable for bonding ABS to glass, silicone to plastic ABS, glass to PC, silicone to PVC, silicone to glass, glass to glass, ABS to metal, glass to iron, silicone to aluminum alloy, and more.

Usage Instructions

1, Clean the surfaces to be bonded: Metal surfaces should be cleaned with a degreaser, and plastic surfaces should be cleaned with an organic solvent.

2, Apply the adhesive: The adhesive layer thickness should be ≤2mm. Apply directly.

3, Apply pressure: Initial curing time is 5-10 minutes. Positioning should be maintained for at least half an hour. For best results, let it sit at room temperature for 4 hours.

Precautions

1, 187JQ cures easily upon contact with moisture. It must be stored sealed in a cool, dark place.

2, Avoid direct contact with eyes. If accidental contact occurs, rinse immediately with water and seek medical attention.

3, After use, tightly screw the cap back on to prevent the adhesive inside from curing.
